  • First of all, sit comfortably in any posture of meditation such as Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Vajrasana.

  • Now place the right hand on the left hand in such a way that both the palms are facing upwards.
  • Ths Mudra is formed by placing the right hand on the top.
  • In this exercise, when you place your left hand on the top, it forms Bhairavi Mudra.
